My stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge was a mixed experience. The accommodations offered a comfortable setting, but I faced several frustrations along the way. While the room was clean and well-equipped, I encountered issues with the pool area and communication from staff. Overall, it was decent for a family getaway, but there were definitely challenges that took away from the experience.
Rooms
6.0
The unit was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. I particularly appreciated the spacious layout and well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals. However, I did notice a musty smell in the room, which affected my overall comfort.
Service
6.0
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. They were accommodating in providing directions and recommendations. But the communication regarding reservations for the water area was frustrating, as I struggled to get in touch with someone for several attempts.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient, situated close to various Branson attractions yet away from the hustle and bustle. It was easy to access local dining options and entertainment, contributing to a pleasant stay overall.
Dining

I had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, but it was underwhelming. The buffet was limited, and though it was nice to have the option, I wouldn’t recommend it when there are better local spots available nearby.
Facilities

The pool area looked great and was clean, but unfortunately, I couldn’t take advantage of it due to reservation issues. I was really looking forward to enjoying the Splashatorium, which was a significant reason for choosing this resort.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge, particularly the spacious units and beautiful decor. However, there were some downsides, like the noise from neighboring rooms and the confusing entry point. While the staff was mostly friendly and helpful, I encountered some pushiness during the timeshare update, which negatively impacted my experience.
Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, but I noticed the walls were thin, allowing noise from neighboring units to filter in. The kitchenette was functional with a full-size fridge, but it felt a bit cramped and the shower had low water pressure.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, though I did find the timeshare update process to be a bit lengthy and off-putting as they were pushy about upselling.
Location
8.0
The location was great for accessing various attractions in Branson, but I wish the signage leading to the resort was more visible to avoid confusion upon arrival.
Dining
6.0
While I didn't get to experience room service or the on-site restaurant due to renovations, there were plenty of alternative dining options nearby that worked out fine for our family.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area looked inviting, though it was under construction during my stay. Many family-friendly activities were available, which was great for keeping the kids engaged, but the noise from renovations impacted the overall experience.

I recently stayed at the Lodges at Timber Ridge for five days, and I had quite the experience. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed, including a washer and dryer. However, I faced some communication issues during check-in that dampened my initial excitement. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for accessing Branson attractions.

The one-bedroom villa was nice and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. I appreciated having a washer and dryer, but I did notice some cleanliness issues, like remnants from previous guests.
Service

Most of the staff were friendly and responsive to my needs, especially when I was feeling unwell and during the room switch. However, I did encounter some rude behavior from a front desk employee when I had questions.
Location

The resort is conveniently located in a quiet area near the attractions of Branson, making it easy to explore without much hassle.
Dining

I didn't dine much there, but I heard good things about the on-site restaurant, although I wish there were snacks like water bottles readily available.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, but I did have issues with the accessibility features in the ADA room and some functioning amenities like the toilet and shower. Still, I enjoyed the pool area and family-centric activities.

I had a lovely time at Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge, with beautiful accommodations that felt spacious and well-equipped for my family. However, my experience was marred by some issues like unexpected fees and less-than-stellar interactions with certain staff members. Despite this, the variety of family-friendly activities and the inviting pool area made my stay enjoyable overall. 🌟🏞️

The two-bedroom villa I stayed in was spacious and featured a well-stocked kitchen, perfectly suited for our family needs. There were comfortable beds and ample space, which made for a pleasant stay. However, I noticed that some of the kitchen items weren't cleaned properly before our arrival.
Service

While the overall staff were friendly, I had an awkward experience with the concierge, Jim, who seemed more interested in selling me a timeshare than genuinely assisting me. The check-in process was also delayed, which added to my frustration. Yet, I encountered many helpful staff members throughout my visit who contributed positively to my experience.
Location

The location was ideal, tucked away from the busyness of Branson but close enough to attractions that getting around was a breeze. I appreciated the peaceful surroundings which provided a break from the hustle. Plus, the views from the resort were simply stunning.
Dining
6.0
Dining options at the resort were quite good, especially the snacks and drinks available poolside. However, some of the pricing felt a bit steep compared to other places. I enjoyed the casual dining experience but expected a little more variety in offerings.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities provided plenty of entertainment options for families, with amenities like the indoor and outdoor pools well-maintained and enjoyable. I did find the poolside experience somewhat hectic due to loud announcements, which detracted from the relaxation I was hoping for during my downtime.

My stay at the Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges At Timber Ridge was enjoyable, with spacious accommodations that felt like a home away from home. The on-site facilities, including family-friendly activities, made it easy for my family to have a great time. However, we did encounter some noise issues between rooms, which detracted a bit from our experience. 😊 Overall, the service was exemplary, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always eager to help.

The one-bedroom villa was spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen and in-room jacuzzi. I particularly loved the cozy feel with fireplaces in both the living room and bedroom. Though I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, the comfort of the bed made for good nights' sleep.

Located in a quieter area of Branson, it was close to numerous attractions, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying some peace and relaxation at the resort. However, accessing my room required navigating a steep hill, which could be challenging.

The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and room service was available. I especially enjoyed their mac and cheese with brisket. However, I was disappointed that some dining options were unavailable during my stay due to renovations.

The facilities were impressive, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools with a water slide, as well as various activities for kids. I appreciated having access to laundry facilities and the activity center, which kept my family entertained.
